Full Range of Security Services
SCOPE OF WORK

MKB Security Company Limited provides a full range of security services with a wide variety of services including manned guarding, mobile patrols and installations of CCTV Cameras and Electronics Fence Wires.

To provide competent and professional 24 hours security guard services at the post
To provide covert security forces if so required as additional security
options during VIP and High profile visits and functions
To supervise, control and safe guarding all vehicles at the compound
When incidents occur, to initiate immediate investigative procedures and submit written report to the Client
Management of the Client shall be informed of advice before Civil Police action is taken
To assist the Company Manager or his/her Deputy with all actions of violence, strike action, demonstration etc where and when applicable

TRAINING

After conferring with Customer, our Staff will develop and provide specialized training for our Security Guards. We are staffed and equipped to handle a variety of training needs.

ON SITE TRAINING

All Security Guards will be thoroughly oriented on site as to specific locations and building layouts and potential security issues of the different venues

OFF SITE TRAINING

All Security Guards will be trained in proper procedure and expected behavior standards during the four weeks MKB Security Company Limited training course.

PRINTED MANUAL

With assistant with the Customer, MKB Security Company Limited will develop a training manual for all guards assigned.

ONGOING TRAINING

MKB Security Company Limited, will provide ongoing training for its Staff as needed to handle new situations and correct any differences that may be noted during the course of our control.

COORDINATION

Unarmed Security Guard cannot handle every situation on their own, MKB Security Company Limited, will put in place with other agency and train all personnel to coordinate with other security agencies.

SUPERVISION

Effective security services depend on adequate supervision and performing reviews for security personnel. Your contact with MKB Security Company Limited guarantees the following:-

  • Random check by MKB Security Company Limited Supervisors on your site to ensure that our guards there, performing as expected.
  • A surprise drop in inspection by our Supervisory Staff can happen at
    any time during check like this all guards will be observed and evaluated.
  • Availability and willingness of you to take comments and complaints on our service

In events that any of our guard (s) behave in an unsatisfactory manner, we want to hear about immediately. Supervises are available 24hours a day, seven days a week

Immediate correction of all service problems, if an issue is determined to lack of training or a misunderstanding, guard (s) will be instructed incorrect behavior and put on probation. A repetition of problem behavior will result in immediate replacement of the guard (s)

Availability of MKB Security Company Limited to handle scheduling issues, including emergency situations, a Supervisor from MKB Security Company Limited is on call for 24hours a day, seven days a week to coordinate with a Customer and handle any situation.
